| Job Description: |
The Market Segment Specialist is responsible for remaining abreast of the continued changes and evolution within a specified industry or set of industries. Through collaboration and teamwork the Market Segment Specialist is responsible for liaising with internal and external partners, vendors and other constituents/stakeholders. The Market Segment Specialist supports the market Segment Manager as they develop, enact and promote holistic solutions that drive increased market share and profitable revenue growth for the segment, on a global level, while mitigating risk. The position encompasses revenue generation goal(s) that closely correlate with those of their sales counterpart, and has accountability for overall segment profitability. Prior market management, product line management or equivalent experience desired. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Strong background and experience managing multiple projects from inception to conclusion, with multi task proficiency and strong organizational, planning and time management skills required. • Must be a proactive self-starter that can identify a need/issue, develop and present clear and concise recommendations and resultantly define and mange associated execution plans. • Strong customer orientation, with industry exposure and involvement. • Solution selling orientation. • Must be able to synthesize market trends and other internal/external feedback into strategies, new product offerings and initiatives that support corporate vision and strategy while profitably growing revenues and minimizing risk. • Must be able to gather inputs, interpret and analyze data and articulate business, product and market requirements. • Must be a hands on individual that is able to manage by influence and relationship building (matrix management)--Good interpersonal, oral communication and writing skills. Producing effective and cohesive relationships with management, peers, staff, vendors and customers. • BS / BA in business or equivalent experience. MBA preferred. 5-7 yrs general Cash Management / 3-5 yr industry/segment. 7-10 yrs general Cash Management / 3-5 yr industry/segment is preferred. |
