Residential Mortgage Department Manager: An exciting opportunity to take over and existing department with a successful bank. They are looking for an experienced mortgage lender who knows the market, has established contacts and thorough knowledge of compliance and regulations. You will play an important role in the bank. The bank has established themselves as a major residential lender in their market and they are looking for the leader who can build on that reputation and take them to the next level. This person will need to be a highly ethical professional with the experience and motivation to recruit, train and manage their team. This position is available because the current manager is retiring. There is an existing staff of 7 employees and you will have the autonomy to add talent as you see fit. The location is Maryland. (East of Washington DC. and South of Baltimore). Close enough to take advantage of all the cities have to offer and far enough away to enjoy a peaceful quality of life. • Bachelor’s degree and 5years or more management experience in residential mortgage lending. • Thorough knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance. • Successful track record demonstrating ability to run a quality mortgage department. • Professional presentation skills |
