Deposit Operations Manager: A well run community bank with a reputation for being a great place to work, has a unique opportunity for an experienced bank deposit operations manager. This person will manage and coach a department with 6 employees responsible for ATM, Item Imaging, E-Banking, IRA, ACH, Wire Transfer, New Product Set-up, and Deposit Compliance. This person will also be the Privacy/Security Officer. You will report directly to the bank’s president who offers the autonomy to run your department and implement your own ideas. Primary Responsibilities • Management of the day to day deposit operation of the bank through the coaching, training and motivation of your staff of 6 employees. • Continually look for ways to improve your department and implement those ideas. • Work closely with the Manager of Branch Administration and the President of the bank. |

• Experience in managing a deposit operations department. • Bachelors Degree and advanced professional training or equivalent experience. • Communication skills to relate professionally with internal groups and senior management of the bank. |
