| Job Description: |
Summary: Efficiently optimize liquidity levels and treasury operations in an international multi-entity environment, integrating global cash management with U.S. cash management best practices. Manage the development and deployment of third-party treasury systems to provide relevant information to Regional Finance and Global Treasury. Ongoing evaluation and implementation of global liquidity solutions, tools and systems, including cash pooling, in-house bank, etc., implementing initiatives that improve profitability. Produces country-level cash forecasting for corporate planning purposes. Monitors domestic and international challenges, analyzing their effect on investment to ensure the successful management of portfolios. • Direct and drive international divisions to develop, implement and maintain Treasury best practice techniques to support operational requirements. • Become in-house international treasury expert, to include developing and producing monthly management reports regarding worldwide cash, working capital, debt and related metrics. • Optimize the Company's international cash and liquidity structures for efficient management of cash and working capital operations. Interface closely with Corporate IT, evaluate, implement and maintain treasury systems and contingency plans which will enhance the productivity, visibility, and controls of international treasury operations. Conduct best practice reviews and coordinate bank service proposals. Provide hands-on operational support to the domestic cash management function. • Manage annual Sarbanes Oxley compliance for global cash management. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Bachelors Degree required (Accounting, Finance or related field); MBA preferred. Certification is preferred (CTP or CCM) • Proven leader with minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in international treasury functions with particular emphasis in international cash management and liquidity with $5b+ global organizations. • Broad knowledge of international financial instruments and markets, with experience in international banking laws and sovereign monetary regulations. • Proven project management, process management, and analytical skills. • IT Management: Experience with managing and integrating a Treasury Management System globally, as well as leveraging ERP and various data systems strongly preferred. • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with financial institutions and other third party providers. • Ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization. • Experience in U.S. cash management and banking a plus. • Multi-lingual capabilities a plus. • Previous international assignments a plus. |
