| Job Description: |
High-tech company in Seattle seeks a CFO to manage the financial operation of the business. The successful candidate will provide financial leadership to the management team and will supervise the preparation of financial statements, operational reports, and special analyses. This position will also have management responsibility for HR and Legal. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelor's, Certified Public Accountant, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Solid experience working in a technology industry in a CFO role. Experience working for a VC-backed company. Strong GAAP knowledge, particularly knowledge of revenue recognition rules. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
MBA and CPA preferred M&A experience a plus |
