| Job Description: |
OPPORTUNITY: Work with the Corporate Controller (x-Big 4 Senior Manager) and be mentored. Be responsible for managing Financial Reporting function for the Company and Subsidiaries. Primary responsibility for preparation SEC filings of Form 10-K, 10-Q and related supporting documentation as well as various 8-K filings. Provide accounting guidance related to certain financial reporting and technical accounting issues. Manage the quarterly preparation and first level review of SEC filings. Assist in supporting the day to day aspects of the external Big 4 auditors. Solid understanding of technical accounting standards that impact the Company (i.e. SFAS 142 and 157, 159). Oversee the organization and related tasks in filing SEC documents. Work closely with senior management to provide assistance technical and process accounting issues. REWARD: $65,000 to $95,000 plus bonus potential. Solid benefits. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
REQUIREMENTS: B.S., Accounting, CPA designation prefer. 5-8 years experience in an accounting/financial reporting environment (preferably financial services. investment or banking). Must have 3+ years of prior SEC experience. Solid Excel and ERP software accounting packages. Excellent analytical skills and good written and verbal communication skills. |
