| Job Description: |
Responsibilities will also include but will not be limited to: • Manage the Treasury risk management functions including key market risks (interest rate, foreign exchange) and liquidity risk • Manage and develop a highly skilled staff of Treasury Professionals. Will oversee 6 - 8 professionals. • Maintain and improve risk management policies and practices and ensure that practices are being followed. • Maintain and enhance ALM and liquidity models and related analytic and reporting processes • Oversee and ensure appropriate risk management • Assist and support the formulation and implementation of ALM, market and liquidity risk management strategies to ensure desired outcomes are achieved with respect to net income, liquidity and capital targets • Serve as subject matter expert on Treasury risk management matters. • Interface with key banking regulators and senior management in representing Treasury risk management. • Develop market risk portfolio optimization analytics. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• 15 + Years Experience in driving and managing the market risk function in a regulated banking environment. • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related required. Advanced Degree preferred. • Demonstrated experience designing and executing portfolio and liquidity management strategies. • Ability to interpret data and present it to senior management in an understandable format. • Strong team building skills and collaborative working style. |
