| Job Description: |
Both positions will have a focus on partnership tax returns. He/she will perform technical tax reviews of all tax returns, begin and complete tax research projects, and assume most tax preparation responsibility. The Senior Tax Accountant will prepare and review partnership tax returns, research real estate tax issues, and act as a resource for tax preparers and audit staff on specific tax issues and/ or questions. The Tax Manager will assume full responsibility of tax accounts assigned including personnel scheduling, compliance with due dates and monitoring time budgets, assuming tax preparation responsibility for the more complex business returns, and maintain knowledge of general economic and political trends of possible tax and or other legislation that affects the business climate. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Senior Tax Accountants: Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar. 4-5 years of accounting experience, preferable from a public accounting firm. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Tax Manager: Bachelor's degree in accounting; graduate degree preferred. 7+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm, or real estate industry experience. Strong client interaction skills. Excellent teamwork and leadership skills. |
