| Job Description: |
Groom and mentor. Report to Manager of Financing Planning & Analysis serve as a key liaison to cross functional teams to include operations, legal, finance and corporate accounting. Develop detailed manufacturing P&L’s, financial planning and analysis reporting for each product/customer. Assist in preparing variance analysis, cost review and reporting on manufacturing activity and review risks and process improvement opportunities. Prepare forecasts and review results for revenue, cost of sales, gross margin, and cash requirements. Ensure proper revenue recognition for work performed on projects. Review inventory balances by customer and estimate to complete requirements. Review contract status, participate in internal and external audit, Six Sigma activities and month end close. Assist with special projects. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS Accounting/Finance required; CPA or MBA a plus. Seek 2+ years of accounting experience gained in public accounting or private industry. Strong analytical organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience/knowledge of product cost details and working with product teams are a plus. Strong computer skills (SAP, Hyperion Planning, and Microsoft Office Products (EXCEL, ACCESS) are essential. Combination of public accounting and/or private industry experience fits. Use Oracle, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, SAP and business warehouse strongly desired. |
