| Job Description: |
You will be a key player in all international tax transactions from the provision to planning as well as active involvement with mergers and acquisitions. • Move your Career Forward –Develop your skills in all aspects of international tax • Limited International tax experience - Increase your skills while working alongside the Senior Tax Director, an International tax specialist • Bilingual? Want to keep your language skills sharp? Mandarin, Spanish or Portuguese speakers will have the opportunity to regularly communicate frequently with both tax and non-tax personnel from foreign and domestic affiliates SUMMARY • Compliance/Systems (35%) • Tax accounting (30%) • Tax Audit (10%) • Tax Planning (20%) • Transfer Pricing (5%) |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required with an advanced degree a plus. CPA certification and/or working towards certification a high priority. • 2 -3 years of international Tax experience is required. • Must be comfortable working with Subpart F, 5471s, 1118s, foreign tax credits. • Comfortable working with individuals in other cultures. Self-directed individual with strong communication and partnering skills are required. • Ability to travel 10% internationally and domestically is required. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
• Experience with InSource international Tax data collection and spreadsheet modeling • Ability to interface with Tax and business management at all levels are preferred. |
