| Job Description: |
Extensively evaluate systems, internal controls, policies, procedures, governance guidelines, applicable laws, regulations and process flows that will provide greater accuracy and timeliness. Perform audits and business process reviews to improve the relevance, reliability, control and timeless of information and the efficiency of operations. Surveys functions and processes to determine the nature of operations, evaluate business risks, and the system of controls. Obtain, analyze, and appraise data and provide an informed opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of the systems internal controls. Review the means used to safeguard assets from loss. Prepare a comprehensive EDP audit program and determines the audit procedures to be used for specific audits under the guidance of the Director of Internal Audit. Report audit findings and makes recommendations whereby improving operations and reducing costs. Present findings through oral and written presentations to management. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelor's, Certified Internal Auditor|Certified Information Systems Auditor|Certified Public Accountant, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS or BA with a MBA or MS. CISA, CIA or CPA is required. Experience working in a financial services company. Software/systems requirements include knowledge of Windows NT and database software (SQL Servicer, Access, Oracle etc.) Seek proven and talented contributor with strong IT audit, ERP systems background. Must have strong understanding of technology, business and financial practices. |
