| Job Description: |
Be exposed to the President and Executive Management and be the lead for all accounting and financial analysis. Key responsibilities will include preparing monthly management reports as part of the company’s monthly financial close. You will analyze expenses with variance explanations, analyze business trends, identify impacts and make recommendations. You will prepare ad hoc analysis, prepare/consolidate budgets and forecasts and prepare new product projections and tracking. Prepare and perform the review of the monthly sales compensation accrual and payout schedules. Interpret contracts and prepare commissions earned results. Looking for detail oriented candidates with strong analytical ability and experience in commissions accounting. Strengths in Excel and Access are important!! |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelor's, None, FINRA Registered Principal - Series 27 |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS in Accounting or Finance. FINRA/Series 27 is required. Must have excellent analytical and quantitative skills, and proven technical ability manipulating spreadsheets. Must be able to manage multiple priorities. Must understand underlying financial and accounting processes. |
