| Job Description: |
Lead audits, mentor staff and perform assigned tasks in conjunction with the completion of financial audits, operational audits, and acquisition due diligence projects, and communicate regularly with the Audit Director regarding audit issues and progress. Document, evaluate, and test internal controls on all full-scope financial audits, Sarbanes-Oxley reviews, or other special audit projects. Travel is estimated at 20%, but could be as high as 30-35%. |

Bachelors, Certified Internal Auditor|Certified Public Accountant, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
4-6 years Public Accounting or Intnernal Audit experience |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
CPA and/or CIA |
