| Job Description: |
Learn systems and products. Understand corporate and department goals. Develop your business development strategy based on your unique territory. Develop new business in the tech industry, maintain relationships and cross sell products (deposits such as money market, CD’s and checking, business lines of credit, term loans, accounts receivable loans, working capital loans, business auto loans, credit cards etc) Represent institution at community and networking events. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Must have valid CA drivers license with clean driving record and current automobile insurance. Bachelor degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years experience in business development and relationship management. This includes outside business calling, new business development, maintaining and growing portfolio. Experience in technology industry is required. Must have solid computer skills including Word and Excel |
