| Job Description: |
Responsible for growing, leading and managing the Consumer Banking activities in assigned community office. This involves leading and coaching highly motivated office teams on meeting client needs in the areas of loans, deposits, insurance, investments and other assigned goals. Accountabilities include client retention and satisfaction, client relationship growth, balance sheet growth, integrating with product and business partners, as well as expense control, risk management and ensuring compliance to established operational policy and procedures. |
