| Job Description: |
JOB DESCRIPTION This position will report to the Manager of Line of Business Finance and provide budget/forecast, financial reporting, analysis and decision support for Card Member Assistant department. Principal Responsibilities and Duties: • Lead the end to end process for monthly results, monthly/quarterly forecast and annul plan, be able to effectively communicate results to functional leaders • Identify functional business drivers which has impact on the financials and deliver meaningful analysis on the trend • Execute monthly close activities including accrual entries, variance analysis and expense trending • Build/Maintain staffing models to provide decision support for the field operations’ capacity planning • Leverage diverse sources of data (MGMT, HFM, Essbase, MS Excel, MS Access, etc) to assess financial performance and develop action plans for achieving business goals. • Provide ad-hoc financial analytics for senior management as requested to achieve positive results. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Required: • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. • 3 years, minimum, work experience in financial planning & analysis, forecasting, strategy and/or business management. • Demonstrated experience in variance and expense trend analytics • Proficiency with Hyperion Essbase, power user of MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint. • Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills. Must have demonstrable ability to successfully interact with all levels in the business. • High-level of initiative and critical thinking to formulate business issues into analytical problems and devise actionable solutions. |
