| Job Description: |
Duties include: Manage a staff of Relationship Manager's who work with Trust and Investment relationships. Provide leadership and mentoring to Relationship Manager's and other team members. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
*Work with Relationship Managers for the markets largest or most influential Trust and Investment Services relationships. *Conduct periodic relationship meetings, annual relationship reviews and client profiling to ensure that strategies are consistent with client's goals and needs. *Supervise designated team members and Satellite Markets assuring the activities and responsibilities of the position are met. *Assist in strategic plan development, participate in annual budgets and determine staff account assignments. *Ensure client relationship management to achieve a high degree of client satisfaction, legal compliance, and profitability. *Ensure periodic client relationship reviews are conducted, ensure strategies are consistent with client’s goals and needs. *Ensure the investment portfolios are in compliance with our clients' investment policy, laws, policies, procedures, regulations and rulings governing trust services. *Ensure that all accounts are billed in accordance with established fee schedule and collected. *Chair Market Trust Administrative Committees and report to the Regional Trust Administrative Committee. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s Degree 7 years experience in Financial Institutions 5 years experience in trust administration Preferred Qualifications CPA, CFP, or equivalent designation preferred Extensive experience with trust, investment and retirement products, trust instruments, other legal documents and tax returns 5 years of supervisory and/or management experience |
