| Job Description: |
Assist in Capital or Financial analysis, forecasting and operational metrics for acquisition and/or divestiture projects. Assist in the negotiations of contracts and administer contracts relating to financing, M&A transactions. Prepare forecasting impacts of financing and M&A transactions on the company's 5 year plan. Analyze longer-term financial implications of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions activities. Research answers to questions raised by lenders and advisors. Prepare board materials and be capable of articulating discussion materials. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
1-3+ years of investment banking and/or M&A experience. MBA from well known program is preferred. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
INVESTMENT BANKING experience or M&A strongly preferred. DEBT financing background is a plus. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner Ability to maintain confidentiality of information High level of attention to detail Ability to multi-task on varying projects and initiatives Ability to plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time Knowledge of advanced Accounting theory and procedures |
