| Job Description: |
Collaborate with cross-functional (CF) teams to drive and guide them in applying revenue recognition rules through review of commercial contracts and continuous training and education. Initial involvement in structuring terms & conditions on contracts.Ensure SOX compliance with revenue recognition policies from an Auditors view point.Manage Commercial Contracting and Monitoring policies Recommend and resolution complex finance and accounting questions. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 5-8 years experience with a minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience.Strong Revenue Recognition knowledge Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.Experience with Commercial Contracting |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
CPA or MBA but understanding of contract accounting will override. |
