| Job Description: |
Senior Credit Officer to work with multimillion-dollar agricultural, agribusiness and rural mortgage loans. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in commercial credit, experience in a trusted position of responsibility, strong skills in underwriting and credit analysis, and sound credit judgment. You will assist the Vice President-Commercial Credit by taking a lead role in loan analysis, loan servicing and communication of loan actions. In addition, you will help Regional Relationship Managers evaluate credit risk in the bank’s correspondent lending relationship and direct notes to retail lenders. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration with a minimum of ten (10) or more years of experience in financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, appraisal standards and financial forecasting. At least four (4) years of experience analyzing middle market customers and administering loan workouts. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Knowledge of financial projections in the areas of agricultural production loans, rural mortgage loans and commercial credits is a plus. Excellent computer, interpersonal, public speaking and communication skills are required. |
