| Job Description: |
You will develop and implement financial objectives, strategies and policies that enhance profitability and moderate risk. Prepare, present, and interpret financial reports for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Board of Directors, and governmental agencies, as well. You will have broad responsibility for the organization’s fiscal operating results. Oversee the allowance for loan loss calculation and adjustments and keep the senior management team and Board of Directors informed on significant items affecting the financial operations. Also,ensure all operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Master's, Certified Public Accountant, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field and ten (10) or more years of experience in finance, accounting, budget, cash management, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury operations including three (3) years of supervisory or management experience. Master’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting preferred; CPA certification required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. |
