Manage and grow existing $30mm portfolio of commercial credits. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelor's, None, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
4 to 5 years of commercial lending and business development experience. Strong knowledge of USDA Ag lending programs. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Formal credit training Ability and desire to blend and succeed in rural markets. |
