| Job Description: |
Oversees the retail operations (marketing, deposits, consumer loans and cash management) for a multi-branch community bank. Develops training programs and evaluates the roll out of new products and services. Manages the marketing efforts for the entire bank. Regularly visit branch locations and evaluate needs as they relate to the day to day operations. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
7+ years retail bank management experience with P&L responsibilities. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Prefer candidates with multi branch experience. |
