| Job Description: |
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to take over the existing branch in Virginia beach, VA, and take it to the next level. Your qualifications should include experience as a producing Branch Manager or Sales Manager, knowledgeable in the FHA/VA, conventional, VHDA, rural and specialty mortgage product lines. You will need to have a track record showing loan officer recruiting success in prior branch management positions and bring with them the ability to grow the branch via a targeted recruiting effort. This position calls for the Branch Manager to run the business with full profit/loss responsibilities. They are looking for solid managers that know how to run the business. They then do something novel.....they let you run the business!! |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
You should have 5 to 10 years of mortgage industry experience with a minimum of 2 years managing a production branch. Experience managing a P&L is a plus. |
