| Job Description: |
• Coach Relationship Managers within the Private Bank for this specialty segment, serving as mentor and subject matter expert in specialty area. • Provide input into hiring process, performance appraisals, performance plans and training for regional team members involved in providing service to specialty segment. • Responsible for new client acquisition while coordinating with regional team members on solicitations and banking proposals. • Support bankers and credit administration with credit issues and underwriting to the industry. • Act as the expert and resource within the bank for the Legal specialty segment. • Assist in client retention activities as required. Monitor key industry financial metrics and operational trends. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Requires a minimum of 10 years direct work experience in Private Banking and/or commercial lending with significant experience developing clients. • Thorough knowledge of personal and business financial statements and tax returns, and financial acumen as it pertains to the affluent market segment. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
• Licensing - Series 7, Series 66, and California Insurance licenses a benefit • Typically requires a degree with completion of graduate studies with a MBA preferred. |
