| Job Description: |
Cost Structure and Rate Analysis Manager to be the liaison between Compliance and Operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for the management of indirect rate analysis. In addition, the manager will be responsible for developing and managing complex rate structures for both government and commercial purposes. Key Responsibilities: •Strategic leadership on cost/rate structure •Reporting on rate analysis to senior management •Development of competitive cost structure •Calculate and track all overhead and G&A rates •Support program managers with RFP analysis, bid strategies and contract negotiations •Prepare Bid and Provisional Indirect Rates •Assist in the preparation of annual Incurred Cost Submission |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Basic Qualifications: •Bachelors degree •10+ years in developing and managing complex forward pricing rate structures. •Familiar with CAS and FAR •Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance preferred • |

Working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint is a plus |
