| Job Description: |
Preparation of various periodic reports to management regarding Operations, including productivity and profitability measures.Analysis of daily, weekly and monthly reports to identify trends and variances which are of interest to Operations Management.Report directly to Vice President of Operations on most analysis matters. Assist Director of Finance, CFO and V.P. of Operations with various projects as needed.Improve and enhance report characteristics at request f Operations management.Create and analyze monthly Financial Analysis to compliment monthly Financial Accounting reports, including specific internal and industry-accepted ratios, benchmark comparisons, and industry forecasts. Prepare annual financial forecasts and budget-to-actual reports as needed. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Very proficient in Microsoft, Excel and have experience with database report writing software such as Crystal Reports or SQL 2 to 3 years of Operational or Financial Analysis experience.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is necessary Previous experience is required, as the job requires some amount of self-direction and decision making on creating appropriate reporting procedures and new management tools for management. Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.Must possess problem solving and analytical skills.Command of English language to communicate effectively with internal and external customers |
