| Job Description: |
Manage geographically assigned professional staff of Cash Management Sales, Sales Support and Implementation & Training Officers who provide support to business market segments bank-wide; Small Business, Commercial, Private Banking, and Pacific Rim. Supervise and motivate staff to maximize cash management opportunities, to build revenue and retain client relationships, and to provide cash management product and technical expertise in support of sales. Manage on-going Channel Migration and conversion projects within assigned geographic territory. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Must be a Certified Cash Manager (CCM) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). Requires at least 5 years of cash management sales and supervisory experience. Outstanding knowledge of cash management and on-line products and services, as well as in-depth knowledge of cash management operations. Requires well-developed communication skills, in addition to excellent negotiation and management abilities. Excellent PC Skills. Ability to effectively utilize PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc. |
