11287 Corporate Accounting Manager Memphis Job

Location: TN-Memphis  
Southeast (AL, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC & TN)
Salary Range: 75,000 - 90,000
Total Compensation: 80,000 - 95,000
Job Description: The Corporate Accounting Manager position has a wide range of financial and administrative responsibilities, as well as interaction with a variety of individuals both inside and outside the company. The primary focus is to ensure that financial information is recorded accurately; that consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP on a timely basis; and that all necessary external reporting is carried out in accordance with the requirements of applicable regulatory agencies. Essential responsibilities include General Ledger Accounting, Payroll Management, Cash & Treasury Management, Debt Management, and Financial Reporting.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelor's, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: 5 yrs exp in Big 4 firm or large corporate environment.
Preferred Qualifications: 2-4 yrs in public accounting and 3-5 yrs in a corporate environment. CPA is a plus.
