| Job Description: |
The Corporate Accounting Manager position has a wide range of financial and administrative responsibilities, as well as interaction with a variety of individuals both inside and outside the company. The primary focus is to ensure that financial information is recorded accurately; that consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP on a timely basis; and that all necessary external reporting is carried out in accordance with the requirements of applicable regulatory agencies. Essential responsibilities include General Ledger Accounting, Payroll Management, Cash & Treasury Management, Debt Management, and Financial Reporting. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelor's, None, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
5 yrs exp in Big 4 firm or large corporate environment. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
2-4 yrs in public accounting and 3-5 yrs in a corporate environment. CPA is a plus. |
