| Job Description: |
Audit Senior performs audits, reviews, and other services for clients in a variety of industries as assigned by Managers. Trains and supervises associates. Prepares financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with GAAP. Performs internal control documentation and testing. Performs audits of employee benefit plans. Assists senior managers and partners in performing due diligence acquisition procedures. Shares Consulting services as identified with existing clients. Performs Due Diligence procedures on behalf of banks and financial institutions (Lender Services). Determines the extent of test-checking required in an audit and selects the transactions to be tested. Prepares and indexes working papers, performs various procedures established under generally accepted accounting principals to verify accuracy and validity of client's financial matters. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Audit Senior requires a CPA with 3+ years of audit experince in public accounting. Experience in performing all phases of an engagement including scheduling, leading the audit, managing a team of associates, and report writing. Experience in the following industries is a plus - manufacturing, distribution, professional services, real estate, construction and real estate, retail, information technology, and transportation. Ability to travel 10 to 20% and work during peak times of 55-60 and for short durations. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products as well as CCH ProFx Engagement, ProFx Practice Management, and document management systems. Local candidates. |
