| Job Description: |
Perform Audits, reviews, and other services for clients in a variety of industries as assigned by Managers Train and supervise associates Prepare financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with GAAP Perform internal control documentation and testing Perform audits of employee benefit plans Assist senior managers and partners in performing due diligence acquisition procedures Share Consulting services as identified with existing clients Perform Due Diligence procedures on behalf of banks and financial institutions (Lender Services) Determines the extent of test-checking required in an audit and selects the transactions to be tested. Prepares and indexes working papers, performs various procedures established under generally accepted accounting principals to verify accuracy and validity of client's financial matters |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
3-6 years of experience in business assurance/audit side of public accounting Experience running engagements and leading a team of associates Well rounded knowledge of audit and accounting principles Current CPA license strongly preferred Experience in the following industries is a plus - manufacturing, distribution, professional services, real estate, construction and real estate, retail, information technology, and transportation Senior level responsibilities of planning and scheduling engagements Performs all phases of an engagement including report writing and correspondence/communications preparation Software skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite products Proficiency with CCH ProFx Engagement, ProFx Practice Management, and document management systems is a plus Intangibles: Client service oriented Team Player with is a self starter Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Misc: Travel is usually between 10 and 20% Heaviest work week is approximately 55-60 and for short durations.
