| Job Description: |
This position assists in the overall responsibility for financial analysis, reporting and forecasting of the hospital's operations and the evaluation of potential business opportunities. Efforts will focus on Clinical Service Line analysis and reporting, as well as strategic financial planning, pricing issues and quality initiatives. Demonstrates Job Knowledge: Develop and incorporate Clinical Service Line financials into the business planning process. Complete financial feasibility analyses on existing and new programs. Prepare and assist in the presentation of the strategic financial plan. This includes multi-year financial modeling, long-term capital projects and annual capital equipment budgeting. Assist departments in pricing new services and maintaining price structure for existing services. Provide adhoc analysis of the financials as it relates to volume, revenue, reimbursement and cost. Assist in the operating budget process and active participant in financial planning team. |
