| Job Description: |
Sr. Credit Analyst Agriculture Ag underwriter will underwrite larger ag credits in SD, MN,IA and NE while working with and supporting Relationship Managers on loan analysis, prepare industry research, operational/financial modeling analysis and ongoing maintenance of existing and new relationships. Primarily responsible for the analysis and preparation of credit applications to properly structure loans and to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation of annual reviews. Knowledge of both long-term and short-term Agricultural credit is ideal. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
5+ years of credit analysis and underwriting experience coupled within Agricultural background (i.e. family farming in background, Ag degree, perhaps currently employed as an Ag banker or Ag analyst). |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
10 years of credit analysis and underwriting experience in the Agricultural lending space. |
