| Job Description: |
Individual will be responsible for providing a wide range of risk analysis, reporting and support to business partners and acting as a specialist in providing guidance on a range of risk related matters. The position is responsible for directing and administering activities necessary to assure enterprise understanding of operational risk management practices and to assist Business Lines evolve operational risk practices. Individual will act as the Access Governance Program Manager and lead the implementation of entitlement standards associated with key business applications. As a key contributor to the Access Control Task Force (ACTF) and DIAMOND initiatives, this individual will work with various business units to ensure compliance with access governance policies, standards and procedures by defining, implementing and documenting related functional roles and system access rights. The individual will interact with TRMIS, Data Security, System Administrators, and Business Application Owners to address access entitlement activities in order to ensure alignment with related access provisioning and attestation processes. The individual will be required to operate at varying levels of activity in order to ensure effective, value add results. Knowledge / Skills & Abilities: ¿ 4 year degree or equivalent experience ¿ 7 to 10 years related experience ¿ Strong attention to detail with the ability to coordinate large and complex processes ¿ Strong interpersonal skills including demonstrated conflict management and negotiation ability ¿ Working knowledge of Banking related products, processes and workflows ¿ Excellent interpersonal skills in order to build and maintain relationships at all levels of management throughout the organization ¿ Ability to influence the decisions and actions of others without express authority ¿ Travel may be required |

Bachelor's, Certified Internal Auditor|Certified Information Systems Auditor|Certified Information Security Manager, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
5-10 years in a similar position |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Professional certifications including CIA,CISA,CISSP/CISM would be preferred. Experience with data integrity, IT security, and business process/continuity/project management/internal controls. Financial services experience preferred |
