| Job Description: |
: Report to C level. Be the financial leadership that reports, forecasts, analyzes, and reviews financial investments that fund acquisitions, expansions, mergers, spin-offs, and turnarounds. Collaborate with portfolio managers and accounting managers and support investments by managing financial reporting and analysis and performing evaluation of financial documents and financial controls. Ensure quality control of portfolio management process by analyzing financial and capital structure, review of monthly financial results and short term forecasts, market trends, competitive analysis, and growth strategy. Manage the yearly roll-up of all external financial data and present to investors. Be involved with audits and year-end taxes. Be in communications with investment banks, equity sponsors, portfolio companies, CPAs, attorneys and other 3rd parties. Ideal for the self-directed, highly organized financial leader with future Controllership potential. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
CPA or CFA required. Seek 4+ years of financial reporting and analysis of B/S and P/L accounts. Ideal candidate will have had audited or worked for a commercial lender or investment firm (i.e. mezzanine, equity, debt). Essential is integrity, confidence, analytical and communication skills, strong work ethic, project management success, sense of humor, and team spirit. QuickBooks experience is required. |
