| Job Description: |
Completion of SEC reports of the Company, primarily the Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, and Proxy in addition to press releases and Board of Directors’ statements and presentations, etc. Duties include researching new and planned accounting regulations, keeping apprised of SEC developments, and resolving issues with external auditors. Coordinate quarterly reviews and year end audit conducted by external auditor. Oversight of the Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance process. |

Bachelor's, Certified Public Accountant, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
5-10+ years of strong financial reporting experience including SEC reporting |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Strongly prefer/require Big 4 experience, CPA and SEC experience. |
