| Job Description: |
Focus of the position will be retail growth while managing this branch and personnel in Martinsburg, WV. Responsible for all retail functions with a focus on gathering deposits and selling other bank product and services. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS degree, 5 + years experience in retail and branch banking environment. Someone with previous management experience who has hired, fired, trained, coached, mentored, etc... |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Previous management experience. Strong sales as well as management skills. Someone from or who has ties to the eastern panhandle of WV. Outside sales or direct calling experience. |
