| Job Description: |
the appraiser will engage outside appraisers and provide appraisals for new loans and servicing actions of the customers for this agricultural lender. The appraiser will also provide review reports that meet company standards by reading and analyzing appraisal and evaluation reports for compliance with policies and procedures, and properly documenting the result. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Hold the Certified General Appraiser designation BS degree from an accredited college or university. A farm or agricultural background is necessary. Appraisal certification and or accreditation are already possessed, with a willingness and desire to continue the education and experience needed for advancement. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Hold the ARA designation as well as over 5 years of rural and agricultural appraisal work int he southeastern U.S. |
