| Job Description: |
As the Senior Development Accountant you will work on numerous projects in various stages of development. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, budgeting, construction loans, loan drawdowns, job cost reports, and other reports as requested by the CFO. You will be responsible for maintaining multiple general ledgers, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and work papers for development projects in process. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA a + 5+ years of relevant experience Thorough understanding of all aspects of real estate development accounting Excellent written, communication, and Excel skills |
