| Job Description: |
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead & manage sales of all bank products, credit & related services to businesses with sales up to $10 million in NY & N. England. Team size is 60+. This highly-visible position reports to the head of the Retail Bank & will be responsible for developing & implementing business strategies to enhance the bank’s growth & profitability. Another key responsibility will be to manage development & implementation of small business sales & credit training programs for branch personnel. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
The successful candidate will have 12+ years of progressive growth in retail banking sales & credit management experience. Will work closely with key business partners across business lines to assure success. Genuine, grounded focus on others & team success. Ability to recruit, hire, develop & lead a successful sales organization. Ability to develop key service metrics. Other requirements: Marketing program development experience, Commercial credit training – previous lending authority required. SBA Lending Experience. Superb organizational & communications skills. Outstanding P&L abilities. • Bachelor’s and/or higher degree in appropriate business discipline. Solid retail banking product knowledge in credit & non-credit areas |
