| Job Description: |
This Wealth Management Advisor will be responsible for recognizing opportunities with new and existing bank clients and offering them investment solutions. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Review client profile, recognize opportunities, and make referrals to other lines of business • Provide coaching and training to bank staff on referrals and investment products • Service all investment customers on a continuing basis • Assist licensed Personal Bankers and Branch Managers on sales • Provide quality customer service to all clients from financial planning to execution • Work to obtain or exceed personal production goals • Ensure that all regulatory policies are adhered to; namely those policies set forth by the NASD, IDS, the OCC and the SEC |

None, None, FINRA Registered Rep - Series 7 - Stock Broker|NASAA State Registration / Investment Advisor - Series 63 |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: • College degree in Finance or Economics strongly preferred • Series 7/63 and 65 or Series 7/ Series 66 and Life and Health Insurance License required. • Long Term Care certificate required within 6 months. • Three years sales experience/previous sales success in an Investment program required • Excellent communication/public speaking skills required • Ability to generate referrals |
