Location: TX-Dallas  
Southwest (AZ, AR, NM, OK & TX)
Salary Range: 90,000 - 130,000
Total Compensation: 110,000 - 150,000
Job Description: Position Summary The Director plans, organizes and implements marketing programs for the Bank and have a working strategy to support sales. Principal Duties and Accountabilities (*Essential Functions) • Develops and implements comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support profitability and market share objectives of the Bank • Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity • Develops and manages marketing budgets • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail • Determines agencies and suppliers of record, and negotiates contract terms and conditions for services • Oversees development and production of promotional and collateral materials • Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to ensure achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelor's, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Required Knowledge Knowledge of Banking industry and marketing acquired through work experience General knowledge banking regulatory environment Bachelor of Arts degree required 10 or more years of Marketing experience Required Skills, Abilities and Behaviors Management skills Communication skills supporting external business development and internal management and reporting Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex information and act upon them Ability to use standard personal computer applications Proven communication skills both internally and externally
