| Job Description: |
Oversees all Middle Market/Commercial lending department activities including sales, business development and training and support. Develops and maintains a strategic plan for the lending group in conjunction with the Bank’s strategic plan. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelor's, None, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
•Must have 5+ years of Middle Market or Commercial lending experience in a SENIOR LEVEL MANAGEMENT position within a bank. •Must currently live in the Ft Worth area. •Must have completed a formal credit training program and have a strong understanding of loan structures with strong analytical skills. |
