| Job Description: |
Oversees the daily activities of the mortgage operations department for a medium size bank in Ft Worth. Responsible for all lending functions, which may include sales, funding, processing, and closing. Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the operations department. Ensures efficient delivery of products and services to clients. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Requires: 5+ years experience in the mortgage operations field. Currently with or have had worked directly for Fannie Mae, with an understanding of the Fannie Mae concepts, practices, and procedures. Will report to the Mortgage President. |
