| Job Description: |
Center stage role. Report to Finance Director; partner with sales, marketing, business managers, customer service, suppliers and customers. Work with 300+ customers annually with $1-3M+ credit lines and an average invoice of $50K+. Support special projects. Provide positive suggestions to improve the credit function of this customer-focused company. Perfect role for detail-oriented, versatile, energetic contributor. Key functions are the ability to: • Analyze customer financial statements, trade and bank references and D&B reports • Execute collections • Development of` credit terms • Complete credit ratings • Prepare financial and ratio analysis • Resolve credit issues • Evaluate, improve and implement change in policies and procedures • Dealing with credit insurance, Chapter 11 and bankruptcies • Make customer visitations • Deal with promissory notes and letters of credit • Improve DSO. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS required. Seek 5+ years of credit supervisory or management experience. Must have experience in dealing with credit insurance, bankruptcies and Chapter 11. Knowledge of process manufacturing or chemical industry a plus. Ideal candidate who may have started their career with Dupont, Duracell, Bayer, GE, Chemtura, Honeywell, Arch Chemicals, Lego, Schick, Pfizer, Stanley Works, UTC, Timex, Dow, Unilever, or Warnaco. |
