| Job Description: |
Business Banking to Lower Middle Market experience needed. Loans start from about $500mm but often you'll do smaller deals as needed. Prefer loans $1mm or larger. This is a full service RM role where you will do it all from A to Z. Concentration on C&I vs. CRE although they will not shy away from solid CRE deals. Still love owner occupied CRE but if INV PROP will need be an exceptionally attractive deal. We need solid credit skills and formal credit training is highly desired. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS, at least 5 years on the line. Credit skills. Knowledge of the "Peninsula" market from Williamsburg to Newport News and Hampton. |

5 + years experience, formal credit training, middle market experience. |
