| Job Description: |
Main Duties • Guide monthly control processes associated with month end accounting, forecasting and budgeting • Manage month-end close process ensuring properly stated balance sheets and accruals • Maintain relationship with the corporate real estate business and other areas of finance • Oversee decision support on all U.S. Real Estate projects, including modeling of leasing deals and Capex using in house tool • Financial control and review of outsourced project mangers • Manage proper financial control of assets under construction including impairment analysis and all other Fixed Assets as needed • Review business cases for new proposals in support of capital projects team and challenge assumptions • Provide management with monthly and ad-hoc reports covering analysis of premises, corporate services and operational expenses, month end commentaries • Support process improvement projects and initiatives enhancing cost transparency and the efficient performance of ledger control teams across the cost control department • Manage and develop a small team of finance professionals |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Bachelors in accounting or related discipline, MBA preferred • 5-8 years progressive experience in a FP&A function within a commercial/financial services environment. Investment Banking experience not required. • Strong understanding of financial control processes and ability to identify and recommend practical improvements • Ability to manage a small team of analysts • Knowledge of real estate accounting policy – US GAAP/IFRS • Experience working with senior management to produce business analysis |
