Job Description CFO role with significant focus on execution of M&A growth strategy Work directly with Equity and Debt sources to secure additional funding as needed Lead due diligence efforts including strategic negotiation Manage banking, audit,investor, and other relationships Work collaboratively to achieve agreed upon directives of the Board of Directors |

CFO experiance at Private Equity Groups.
