| Job Description: |
This will be a traditional back-office call center with responsibilities to support loan services. Manager will be expected to assist in new staffing, assume responsibility for staffing optimization and provide training that promotes exceptional service. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Minimum 5 years banking experience including 3 years running a call center. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
5-10 years total experience. |
