| Job Description: |
- Manage multiple sales & use tax and tangible personal property tax audits throughout the fieldwork stage. Overnight travel is required. - Hands on oversight throughout the audit fieldwork stage is required. - Take primary responsibility for the preparation of detailed technical memoranda for administrative audit appeals. Attend hearings as required. - Prepare and file internal reverse audit refund petitions for overpaid sales & use taxes. - Manage consultants when audit reassessment appeals and/or refunds have been outsourced. - Tax oversight responsibility for this business unit requires analyzing and managing risk components of the segment. - Provide technical written transaction research guidance in a multistate environment involving varied lease finance scenarios. - Perform as senior technical adviser on transactions. - Provide project support and tax advice on key strategic initiatives. - Develop and maintain source documents and consult with internal business partners regarding tax impacts of transactions. - Develop and manage transaction tax planning consistent with the organization's risk profile. - Take primary responsibility for FAS 5 sales and use tax determinations for the consolidated group. - Perform tax reserve calculations and provide timely reporting to management. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance or taxation. - Six + years of sales and use tax audit defense experience |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Leasing experience preferred. - PA/OH experience is a plus. - CPA a plus. |
