11465 Vice President - Commercial Banking Officer Job

Location: Wisconsin   Waukesha County
Upper Midwest (MI, MN, ND, SD & WI)
Salary Range: 70,000 - 85,000
Total Compensation: 80,000 - 115,000
Job Description: Manage relationships within modest portfolio of predominantly C&I credits/clients. Developing and working an external referral network of legal, accounting and consulting experts, will actively call on new businesses in order to grow commercial deposit business, treasury management services business, wealth management and investment advisory and new credit business. Will analyze and structure new credits and make committee presentations. Will be responsible for monitoring client business trends and client financials. Will consult with internal experts in Trust, Investment Services and Treasury Management with the goal of generating fee income and cultivating relationships for the bank.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelor's, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree + Formal Credit Training + at least 5 years of successful Commercial Lending experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience calling on $1mm to $25mm companies. (Mandatory): Strong C&I lending experience with a verifiable track record of consistently closing and effectively managing new clients for your employer. This is not an opportunity for someone who struggles with selling!
